1.採用符合食品行業衛生標準並且耐油的隔膜濾板，隔膜材料製為聚丙烯(pp)，利用油(空氣)對隔膜壓搾，壓搾壓力1.6MPa,使得濾餅較干，得油率高。

2.壓搾過程結束后，對各管道實行正吹/反吹，將殘留在管道中的油吹回到結晶罐中，並使得濾餅從濾布上剝離，卸料時易於脫落

3.所得液油通過特殊的透明的軟管收集到總管當中，便於觀察到濾液的濁度狀況，而且有效的防止液油接觸空氣氧化，影響產品的口味，內襯鋼絲網的半透明軟管不易折斷、不易壓扁、保証了液油排出流道的暢通

4.濾布及濾布清洗：濾布是隔膜壓濾機應用於油脂分提工藝的核心技術，直接影響着分擔的效果與收得率的高低，本公司採用瑞士製造的濾布，使用於硬脂和液油的分離，具有濾液清、濾餅易脫落的特點

3.In orde to observe tubidity degree and to prevent oxygenation which will insult oil taste,all the olein are collected by special transparent hoses to a main pipe,Inner steel screen liner translucent hose can't be snapped or staved to guarantee open drains for olein

4.Filter cloth and filter cloth washing:Filter cloth is the core techology of oil fractionation membrane filter press,Filter cloth will affects fractioation result and oil yield rate.long yuan used in fractionation for stearin and olein having chara cteristics of clean filtrate,easy cake discharging
