二、    特征 (Characteristics of  Equipment)

Ø  裝有Vision system，印刷精密度極高。(X, Y, Θ = ±5㎛, 機器精密度 = ±10㎛)

Ø  通過CCD Camera可安裝被印刷物，幾乎不需要印刷作業前的準備時間。

Ø  通過窗口操作Vision system，所以任何人都很容易操作。

Ø  網板的連接用One-Touch Air式夾子，便於操作。

Ø  採用高強度的AL-Bar，有良好的平坦度。核心部分由高價部件構成，耐久性強且減低了設備的故障率。

Ø  Option包括除塵裝置和網板清潔裝置，除去作業中的不便，提高了生產效率。

Ø  As the object is set by CCD camera, scarcely preparation time before printing is required.

Ø  As high strength AL-Bar offers as good evenness and high price spare parts are used at the important parts, the durability is excellent and trouble is reduces remarkably.

Ø  As dust removal device and screen plate clean device is offered, there is no inconvenience while working and productivity is improved.
