Tips for Best Results

轉印好效果注意事項：

1.      Do not apply to dark color fabrics

不要轉印黑色服裝

2.      Use 100% cotton or poly/cotton blend fabrics

能轉印100%棉、化纖、棉花混紡織物

3.      It is best to wash the garment before applying the transfer

轉印前保持衣服乾淨整潔

4.      Do not image this paper in any laser printers or Color Laser Copiers/printers

不要使用激光打印機操作

5.      S ested printer settings:

打印機選擇，可以使用市面所有彩色噴墨打印機

Commercial Heat Transfer Application

熱轉印應用方法：

1.    After the transfer is completely dry trim around the image , leaving a small clear edge(1/8’)around the image.

當轉印紙色彩完全乾后，轉印前先把圖像之外其他空白部分剪去,留有邊界2mm即可

 

2.Set the heat transfer press to190℃ and allow it to come to set point

 

設定燙畫機的溫度為190攝氏度，當溫度達到190度后開始轉印

3，Place the imaged TransMAX face side(imaged side)down on the fabric and apply for 8-10seconds。

（Notice: users should  adjust the time of the transfer press for 25 seconds to 30 seconds if you are using sublimation ink

 

請將成像的那面轉印紙壓在織物上，壓下燙畫機發熱板停留8~10秒鐘.

(提示：如果使用熱昇華墨水（熱轉印墨水）用戶請調整燙畫機時間為25秒-30秒時間。)

4. After the time,Peel the paper immediately after heating plate away..Be careful the paper may be hot.

（Notice: please don't stay and wait at the end of paper become cold and then tear when you removed heat transfer press）

 

機器時間到，抬起或移開燙畫機發熱板，請務必立即把上面的底紙撕掉，效果更好。

 

(提示：移開燙畫機后請不要停留和等待底紙溫或冷了再撕，這樣是不正確的超作)

 

5, How to get ventilation and  smooth effect: First  stretch  Pattern left and right ,and then up and down using appropriate force.

 

怎樣得到超薄透氣，無手感的效果：在剝離掉隔離紙后，適當用力先左右再上下拉伸T卹圖案，即可得到超薄、透氣、無手感的效果

Washing and drying

洗滌和晾乾說明

1.    It is best to wait 24 hours before washing the first time.This allows ample time for the TransMAX paper to lock up the printer ink.

請在轉印后24小時以後進行第一次洗滌，這樣會有更多時間讓色彩牢固的轉印。

2.Wash in cold water with a mild detergent and no bleach.

不要使用漂白劑,請用溫和的洗滌劑和涼水洗滌.

3Do not trun the shirt inside out before washing，Do not rub pattern

directly.

圖案朝裡面洗滌,不要直接洗滌和揉搓圖案

4,Remove the washed garment immediately form the spin cycle of the washer. Do not allow it to remain in the washer for any extended period of time.Do not line dry.

不要侵泡轉印圖案的服裝,洗滌完畢請使用洗衣機脫干水或者擰干水分,放在陰涼處涼干.

5,Tumble dry the garment using low heat.

乾洗服裝使用低熱量

6, Prohibit using iron or transfer press contact pattern.directly.

禁止使用熨斗或者燙畫機直接接觸轉印后的圖案.
