Description
FL-575 dryfilm lubricator is special liquid lubricator and mold release agent. Contain solid lubricator and PTFE oil based dispersion in non-flam hydrofluorocarbon liquid. After applied, formed a lubrication film what with whole clear film. Suitable for application of engineering plastic. Such as ABS, POM, PC, RUBBER and metal substrate with long lasting performance. Very effective reduce friction between substrate upgrade product performance and use life and it
can function in temperatures to 530°F (276°C).

Storage and Handling
RapidChem mold release agent should be stored in a cool, dry, well ventilated area. Do not expose to freezing temperatures. Freezing will affect the physical condition, but will not damage the release effectiveness. Thaw at room temperature, and mix well before using.
Shelf Life
RapidChemTM FL serieshas a shelf life of 2 years from the date of shipment.
