氣凝膠絕熱氈--FMB400
FMB400系列產品以納米二氧化硅氣凝膠為主體材料,通過特殊工藝復合而成。具有導熱係數低、密度小、柔韌性高、綠色環保、防水等優越性能,同時兼具優越的隔聲減震性能,可取代玻璃纖維、石棉保溫氈、硅酸鹽纖維等不環保、保溫性能差的傳統柔性保溫材料。
Using special nanotechnology, FMB400 combines a silica aerogel with reinforcing fibers to deliver very low thermal conductivity, low density and good flexibility in an environmentally safe product. FMB400 provides excellent properties of waterproof, sound absorption and shock absorption.
FMB400 is an alternative to the common, environment unfriendly, inferior insulation products, such as PU, asbestos insulation felt, silicate fibers, etc.

FMB400長期最高使用溫度達400℃,導熱係數僅為傳統材料的1/3~1/5,保溫后熱損失小,空間利用率高,高溫下性能優勢更加明顯。

Long service life
Unlike other traditional insulation materials, aerogel ’s three- dimensional, intertwined structure inhibits sintering warpage, and particles stack which may occur under high temperature for long time. Therefore, aerogel insulation has long service life.
抗拉抗裂
有較好的柔性與抗拉強度,可抵抗施工時的拉伸和冷熱交替時線性收縮帶來的內應力。
Physically Robust
FMB400 has flexibility and high tensile strength, resisting stretching and stress from linear contraction when temperature changes.
環保防腐
產品由無機材料組成,不含對人體有害的物質。可溶出氯離子含量極小,對設備和管道無腐蝕。

Composed of inorganic materials, FMB400 contains no hazard. Stripping little chloridionm will cause no corrosion to the equipments and pipes.
