產品簡介 Product Description
SET合金型溫度保險絲是一次性不可復位的熔斷裝置,廣氾應用於電器設備的過溫保護。溫度保險絲主要由低熔點的易熔合金和助熔斷劑構成,封裝在塑料或陶瓷的外殼內。在正常工作情況下,易熔合金與兩根引腳保持連接。當溫度保險絲感受到異常發熱並達到預定的熔點溫度時,易熔合金熔化,並在助熔斷劑的作用力下快速徹底斷開電路。有瓷管型和方殼型兩種外形供選擇.
額定電流1A~200A.
動作溫度76℃~221℃.
安規認証包括UL,cUL,VDE,TUV,PSE,KTL,CCC和環保RoHS、REACH認証。

朮語 Glossary of Terms
● 熱熔斷體也稱為熱斷路器或溫度保險絲,在本文中這些不同名詞都代表同樣的產品,為一次性動作而不可復位的裝置。
Thermal-link: also known as thermal cutoff or thermal fuse, all are the same in this context, function one only, non-resettable.
● 額定動作溫度 Rated Function temperature (Tf ):
通10mA的負載電流時,加熱使溫度保險絲斷開的溫度。
The temperature of the Thermal-link which causes it to change its state of conductivity with a detection current up to 10mAas the only load.
允許偏差 Tolerance: +0℃, -10℃ UL,VDE,IEC標準 Standard
允許偏差 Tolerance: ±7℃ (僅限PSE標準)only PSE
實測熔斷溫度 Fuse temperature (Fuse-temp):
置於油池中,通10mA以下的負載電流,每分鐘升溫0.5℃~1℃,測斷開溫度。
The temperature is measured with silicone oil bath of which temperature is increased at the rate of 0.5℃~1℃/ min, with adetection current up to 10mA as the only load.
● 保持溫度 Holding temperature (Th) :
持續通額定電流168小時不斷開的最高溫度。
The Max. temperature at which a TCO will not change its state of conductivity when conducting rated current for 168Hour.
● 極限溫度 Max. temperature limit (Tm):
不破坏機械和電氣特性所能承受的最高溫度。
The Max. temperature at which the TCO can maintain its mechanical and electrical properties without being impaired for 10mins.
● 額定電流 Rated current (Ir):
溫度保險絲分類用,允許用於電路並安全斷開的最大電流。
The current used to classify a Thermal-link, which is the Maximum current that thermal cutoffs allow to carry and are able to cutoff the circuit in safety.
● 額定電壓 Rated voltage (Ur):
溫度保險絲分類用,允許用於電路並安全斷開的最高電壓。
The voltage used to classify a Thermal-link, which is the Maximum voltage that is allowed to apply to the circuit in which the
thermal cutoff is used.
● 瞬態過載電流Transient overload current (Ip):
溫度保險絲在不破坏特性的情況下,所能承受的最大瞬態過載電流。
A direct current pulse train which the thermal-link is able to withstand without impairing its characteristics.
