簡　述　　　膨脹玻化微珠是一種無機玻璃質礦物材料，經過多級碳化硅電加熱管式生產工藝技術加工而成，呈不規則球狀體顆粒，內部多孔空腔結構，表面玻化封閉，光澤平滑，理化性能穩定，具有質輕、絕熱、防火、耐高低溫、抗老化、吸水率小等優異特性，可替代粉煤灰漂珠、玻璃微珠、膨脹珍珠岩、聚苯顆粒等諸多傳統輕質骨料在不同制品中的應用。是一種環保型高性能新型無機輕質絕熱材料。

1．不規則與毛絮狀的外形，容易在砂漿攪拌過程中產生阻力，和易性極差。

2．容重輕，顆粒強度低，本身有較好的熱工性能，但在砂漿攪拌過程中容易破碎，會很大程度降低其熱工性能

3．吸水率大，使得砂漿的需水量增加，破坏了砂漿的凝固週期，使得砂漿的力學性能大大降低，極易產生空鼓、開裂，嚴重影響整個保溫系統的熱工性能和耐久性。

1．不規則的外形，在砂漿中易產生阻力，和易性差，攪拌時間長，造成其在砂漿中不易分布均勻，容易造成應力集中，引起空鼓、開裂，大大降低了砂漿的力學性能和熱工性能，也影響到保溫層的使用壽命。

2．容量大，導熱係數較差，在砂漿中必須增加輕骨料摻加比列方能滿足熱工性能標準要求，輕骨料摻加量的增加必然會降低砂漿的力學性能或增加膠凝材料成本。

1．球狀顆粒，表面玻化，在砂漿攪拌工程中流動性好，和易性佳，能在短時間內攪拌均勻，降低了砂漿在干濕攪拌過程中的骨料破碎，有穩定的熱工性能與力學性能。
