1. The whole machine uses high quality seamless welded steel structure,the assembly contact surfaces are used scraping process,the whole machine structure was taken high-temperature aging treatment, and upright, support plate,using aluminum cast process that ensures the high stability.

2. The machine adopts new design concept-pneumatic change, match with one 4.5kw air-cooling spindles, Spindle speed 6000~1800rpm per minute, suitable for long time processing for wood products.

3. Adopt ShenZhen SUFAR high performance inverter, high frequency electronic anti-jamming system.

 4. Adopt big power motor drive system,high torque and precision,fast and stable performance.

5. Adopt advanced Shanghai original NC-studio control systems, good compatibility, can be compatible with Artcam, Type3, Coreldraw, Ucancam such as CAD, CAM design software, can control the completion of the multilayer surface 3D processing, can carry on the fast smooth three-dimensional processing, carving and cutting. 

 6. X, Z axes adopt original imported 20mm linear guide rail and Y axis adopts original imported 25mm square rail. High accuracy and precision tool position, fully guarantee machine’s high speed and accuracy.

 7.  Imported Taiwan TBI high precision screw rod is very precise when processing.

8. Patent design cavate vac-sorb table, minimum adsorb area: 150*150mm, Vac-sorb 5.5kw air-cooling oil free vacuum pump, subatomospheric pressure can reach 0.8Mpa

 9. Equip with industrial aviation plugs links, connected directly, soft metal cable sheath, avoids the cable damage situation from the press & bump effectively.

10. cable adopts YC numerical control machine shielding line, can reciprocate eight million times.
