中藥潤藥機是根據蒸汽具有強力穿透性的特點，將處於真空狀態下的藥材，通入低溫蒸汽，蒸汽快速穿透到藥材內部，使藥材快速均勻軟化。
中藥潤藥機是中藥炮製加工的新穎設備，透用於中藥材的快速浸潤，能確保“搖透水盡”，不但能最大限度地保留藥效成分，且可提高飲片質量。經蒸汽潤藥后切制的飲片，含水量低，容易乾燥。
本設備按壓力容器規範設計、製作，櫃門使用專利技術，密封良好，開啟方便。本設備不僅用於中藥材的浸潤，也可用於藥材的蒸汽滅菌，因此在中藥材的炮製加工中，具有廣闊的應用前景。
