結構：擋邊輸送帶由基帶 裙邊 橫隔板三部分組成。基帶可分為分層織物輸送帶 鋼絲繩芯輸送帶或金屬網芯輸送帶等；擋邊分為S型 W型；隔板分為T型 TC型等

用途與優勢：

1、適用於傾角0°～90°散裝物料的輸送；

2、具有使用範圍廣、佔地面積小、減少土建投資、維護費用低、輸送量連續化、高效率、大角度運輸，運費低廉，並能縮短運輸距離，節省人力物力等特點；

3、解決了普通輸送帶和花紋帶不能達到輸送角度；

4、根據使用環境，設計完整、獨立的輸送系統，避免了間斷輸送和複雜輸送的提升系統；

5、可水平、傾斜、垂直和變角方向輸送各種散裝物料，煤、礦石、沙子到化肥和糧食等；

6、物料粒度不限，可從小的粒度到400mm的大粒度，輸送量可從1m³/h到6000m³/h。
