該老化車設備採用中央集控式監控管理，適用於工廠批量恆溫老化產品，負載均可採用電子負載, 可根據客戶要求訂製,負載調節可用手動設定方式,也可採用程控負載由上位機(PC機)統一設定系統軟件可對各個區域工作狀況進行設定、監控與警示。適時採集各負載部分當前電壓、電流值。
主要特點：
主體採用鈑金結構、烤瓷漆、帶腳輪、方便移動； 
雙邊工作式，分層結構設計，方便維護與更換；  
老化車自帶工作電壓表、電流表和監控功能； 
老化車自帶保護裝置，超負載工作時可自動切斷電源。
 老化測試又稱可靠性測試，信賴度測試，目的是為了驗証產品是否達到設計要求，驗証方法：模擬各類消費者在各種不同環境下使用。
