盈啟建築材料有限公司位於肇慶市德慶悅城鎮西郊，註冊資本5000萬元，總投資超叁億元人民幣，公司佔地面積420畝，現有員工408人。主要生產經營有兩個工業項目（白水泥項目和管樁項目）。

（1）白水泥項目

公司現有一條先進的φ3.5M干法窯，設計產能為日產850噸白水泥熟料，年產50萬噸白水泥，項目佔地192畝，是全國大型白水泥廠之一。目前生產有盈啟32.5白水泥、盈啟42.5白水泥、盈啟52.5白水泥等各種高強度、高白度型號產品供應市場，可供各類建築工程和裝飾工程使用。

（2）管樁（PHC）項目

公司現有二條管樁生產線，設計年產能為400萬米（其中一期生產線平均年生產能力150萬米，二期生產線平均年生產能力250萬米），管樁項目佔地面積為200畝，2018年又新增工業用地28畝用於堆場用，目前能生產各種300mm型號至600mm型號預應力管樁產品。

公司追求的目標是“質量第一、客戶至上、誠信卓越、協作共贏”原則，目前白水泥和預應力管樁產品都按國標執行正常生產供應市場。

■白水泥

公司投產後目標成為亞洲最大的白水泥製造商之一。公司生產的白水泥將嚴格遵守GB/T2015-2017規定，主要技術指標將遠超國標標準，媲美國外通用的EN197標準規定。公司白水泥產品立足中國市場，輻射週邊海外市場，竭誠為國內外客戶服務。

白水泥生產線主要產品：

盈啟牌P.W52.5級白水泥、盈啟牌P.W42.5級白水泥、盈啟牌P.W32.5級白水泥和盈啟牌外牆飾面白水泥。

■管樁

公司已建成現代化大型預應力高強度混凝土管樁生產線兩條，年生產管樁達400萬米（其中一期生產線年產150萬米，二期生產線年產250萬米）。主要生產“盈啟牌”各規格型號管樁，具有強度好、品質高等優點，獲得了眾多客戶的好評，在確保產品質量優質的同時，還擁有完善的售后服務體系，積極打造讓客戶放心的安全產品，在廣東及週邊地區建立起了良好的品牌形象。

管樁生產線主要產品：

“盈啟”牌Φ300管樁、盈啟Φ400管樁、盈啟Φ500管樁、盈啟Φ600管樁。
