The hysteresis brake consists of two main parts: the rotor and stator magnetic poles. The rotor is made of special hysteresis materials, and there is a certain gap in the stator magnetic poles, in which the rotor rotates. When the coil is energized, a magnetic field is generated in the gap, causing a hysteresis effect on the rotor. When the hysteresis rotor overcomes the hysteresis force and rotates under external force, it produces the rated torque. The torque is only related to the magnitude of the excitation current and is independent of the rotational speed, achieving non-contact torque transmission.
