DuraFlux™ （DF60）具有高達20000高斯的飽和磁通密度值。相對於其它幾款有更高的耐溫性、耐電流性（直流疊加性能非常優異）、耐高頻性能很好，更低的價格、其能量貯存能力比高磁通（HI-FLUX）磁粉芯還要高是我司特殊開發的一款產品在一些特殊的用法上常常可以替代MPP、High Flux。是高瓦特數電源PFC電感理想的選擇。適用於Power factor correction (PFC) inductors、Output filter inductors for SMPS、Voltage regulation module (VRM) inductors。
在PFC等產品上常常可以替代MPP、High Flux。

DuraFlux™

Distributed air gap toroid cores made from a complex composition of Silicon iron and pure iron powders are compacted into toroidal shapes. The unique combination of high saturation flux density and high dc bias capability makes DuraFlux cores an ideal choice for demanding high energy storage applications. DuraFlux materials have an initial permeability of 60µi with standard core sizes from 6.35 to 100.0mm. Cores are coated with an epoxy coating which provides a tough outer surface with a minimum breakdown voltage of 500Vac. DuraFlux cores are colour coded in green.
