用途：自動洗罐器又名洗罐球. 萬向洗罐球, 旋轉洗罐球,自動洗罐球,球形洗罐球,噴頭型清洗球, 洗罐球、衛生級焊接清洗球/焊接式旋轉清洗球/對焊式清洗器/洗罐器、焊接式旋轉清洗球、不鏽鋼雙循環洗罐器、360度旋轉洗罐器、牛角式洗罐器、可應用於各種大、小型密封容器的內壁自動清洗，如清洗鐵路罐車、棚車、各種化工罐、儲油罐、油輪油艙等,並適用於製藥、啤酒、制奶、飲料等廠的儲罐清洗。如增加水的壓力和噴嘴直徑，還可以清洗三千立方米以下容積的大型儲罐。

特點：本型洗罐器設計先進，利用噴嘴噴射水流的反作用力驅動自身旋轉，消耗功率小，沖刷力大，具有自動調速特點，效率高，運轉穩定。昊星洗罐器結構緊湊，體積小，重量輕，使用維修均方便.

洗罐器技術參數：

型號0.6-2英吋(管子內螺紋),20mm，25mm，32mm，42mm(快裝活接方式:卡箍式、梯形螺紋)

工作壓力PN0.3～1.0MPa,工作溫度小於100度，自動洗罐器配泵的全流量35～50噸/小時，揚程50～60米，材質採用SUS-304，SUS316L等優質不鏽鋼,沖洗半徑大於8米，水量12噸/小時。使用材質必須符合國家食品相關衛生標準要求,自動洗罐器亦可按用戶特殊要求定製。
