產品特性：   

 

   紫藍色噴劑，不揮發，低流動性，乾燥時間短。

 

    密度：0.87g/mc3(20℃)，不溶于水，操作溫度0℃～200℃

 

 

 

產品簡介：

 

   POSITIV 20是由轉移方式直接複印的液體抗蝕劑，因其顏色屬紫羅蘭色，在光線不足之昏暗場所最適用。

 

    POSITIV 20主要應用于電路板的生產，將已划好電路圖之紙張噴上PS-20，利用紙張上因畫有電路圖而產生之凹凸特性準確地將電路圖轉移在電路板上，電路板上就會有紫色之電路圖以方便業者加工。

 

 

 

適用對象：                       

 

1.     使用PS-20之前需將電路板作清潔處理。

 

2.     通用於各式電路板製作。

 

3.     噴塗時與電路圖維持20 cm距離，將形成6～8μm之最理想厚度。

P-20為一感光抗蝕劑，可應用於製作電路板。

 

 

 

使用範圍：

 

◆石英、金屬、玻璃等材質電路基板。

 

◆實驗室樣品使用。

 

 

 

備註：

 

◆噴塗距離約20公分，覆蓋最均勻。

 

◆操作溫度不得高于180℃，以噴塗P-20但未進行曝光之之產品最多可存放4星期(環境溫度25℃)。
