1. 遠紅外電熱膜用納米導電碳漿

單一組分，加溫固化，優良的印刷性，對基材的附着力好，電熱狀態下功率穩定性好，發熱效率高，具有遠紅外功能，產品使用壽命長，適用於絲網、凹版等印刷方式。

（1）   長期工作溫度≤60℃：適用於PET、PI等電熱膜。實驗數據（僅供參考）：

連續通電30天，表面溫度60℃左右，無外控溫裝置，功率變化率<±2％。

（2） 長期工作溫度≤100℃：適用於環氧玻纖板等電熱板。實驗數據（僅供參考）：

連續通電30天，表面溫度100℃左右，無外控溫裝置，功率變化率<±3％。

（3）長期工作溫度≤100℃：適用於尼龍布等電熱布。實驗數據（僅供參考）：

連續通電30天，表面溫度100℃左右，無外控溫裝置，功率變化率<±2％。

（4）長期工作溫度≤140℃：適用於環氧玻纖板等電熱板。實驗數據（僅供參考）：

連續通電30天，表面溫度140℃左右，無外控溫裝置，功率變化率<±2％。

 以上四種導電碳漿屬於不同產品，同屬於電熱型導電碳漿，具體請來電來函咨詢。
