Scope of application:

Features of the machine:

1. x y axes are specially protected by complete dust-prevent setup to ensure the rails and gears from damaged by the dust that produced while working and lengthen life of the parts.

2. The lathe welded use high-quality steel,by secondary quenching processing that ensures the high stability.

3. Equip large power stepping drive motor;X,Y,Z axes are all adopt imported linear rails to ensure the machine work steadily and much longer life span.

4. Transmitted by high accuracy gears so that it could up to 35m/min while working, and even 1mm character is also clear.

5. Spindle motor adopt Italy HSD air-cooling, with the speed 18000rpm/min, quite suitable to the long time working in woodworking industry.

6. Hyper absorption vacuum, install negative pressure reservoir quipment, 400L large space vacuum pump, the parts orientate fastness, swift.

7.Advanced industrial controlling system is compatible to many dictate formats that can operate after accident or next day processing so it is very convenient.
