液體收集器主要功能是液體收集與氣體再分布。在液體收集器的設計方面主要考慮以下幾點因素:
1、縮短液體停留時間,防止液體局部滯留
2、促進氣體均勻分布,氣體阻力小
3、設計結構:強度大,抗熱脹冷縮
4、現場焊接量小
The major function of the liquid collector is collecting the liquid and re-distributing the gas.
The following factors were put into consideration when New Century Group conducted the designing of the liquid collector:
1.Shortenthe time for the liquid's stay and prevent the holdup of liquid at certain places
2.Promote the homogenous distrlbutlon of gas,and gas resistance shall be small.
3.Designed structure:high strength and prevent the expansion and extraction caused by heat and coldness.
4.Small site welding work.
根據以上設計思想,收集器一般採用如下設計形式:
1、採用條形升氣孔,開孔率較大,氣體阻力較小,
同時易於現場安裝;
2、主槽抽出設計,減小液體的停留時間,防止液體結焦;
3、支槽向中心傾斜,促進液體流動,消除液體滯留;
4、結構合理,抗氣體衝擊,抗熱脹冷縮。
According to the above-mentioned designing guideline,the collector generally takes the following designs:
1.Bar-shaped gas-lifting holes are adopted,which increase the number of holes and reduces the gas resistance.It is
easy to be mounted at site.
2.The main tank is designed in a way that it can be extracted,which reduces the time forthe liquid to stay and prevents
the
liquid coking.
3.The branch tank leans toward the center,which promotes the floe of liquid and prevents the holdup of liquid.
4.The structure is reasonable and prevents the gas impacts and the expansion and extracts under heat and coldness.
