     SQUARE®Lim39XXA/B is high transparence and high tear strength, 2-part liquid

     silicone rubber suitable for injection molding processes,catalyzed by platinum.

            At the temperature of 20°C and in the condition of air-proof,the shelf life of LIM39XXA/B is 5 days after mixing A and B,the shelf life will decrease with the increasing of the temperature.

4) Application

     SQUARE®Lim39XXA/B is suitable for making baby nipples etc.

5)Storage:Correctly stored in its original closed container at room temperature (max 27°C). SQUARE^®Lim39**A/B has a shelf life of 360 days. The ready to use LIM39**A/B should be kept tightly closed and used up within 7 days.

6) How to use:

Ready-to-use mixtures(components A and B)are fed directly to injection molding machine from the original containers by means of a metering end mixing unit (called static mixer). The mixture(at the mixing ratio 1:1) is injected into the heated mould,the mixed silicone rubber will be vulcanized in a few seconds.

7) Packaging

   SQUARE®Lim39XXA/B is available in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums.
