YXZ系列旋轉式熱風循環烘烤爐分電熱式和燃油式二大類，可以用來烘乾、烤制各種麵包、蛋糕、肉制品及多種糕點麵食。廣氾適用於食品廠、麵包房、機關、單位、部隊的食堂，也適用於個體的食品加工廠，蛋糕房西餅屋的食品烘焙。

整機採用拼裝式結構,進口不鏽鋼板材料製作，加配標準電氣元件。活動台車式烤架，並採用挂鉤旋轉，鼓風式強制熱風循環系統加熱，大大提高了熱傳遞功效，縮短了加熱時間，以使更加節約能源。由於採用熱風旋轉加台車旋轉，因此加熱絕對均勻，烘烤食品無色差。為了使烤制的食品口感更好，溫度更合適，在熱風的出口處設置風量調節及加濕裝置，特別合適用於烘烤蛋黃派蛋糕,法式麵包，西點等。
