1． 操作前操作員要仔細閱讀說明書
Read the mtrodaction carefully before operator operating.
2． 檢查復卷機四腳安裝是否平穩，機體有無接地線。
Check up wether the rewinder.s four feet is stable and the body of it is connected with ground electrode.
3． 機器應安裝在通風乾燥處，四週物體距離紙帶機應大於2m
