不論那款機型均有自身獨特鋼體結構，所有配件均採用精密精磨加工等級加工。鋼材均通過調質與表面處理工藝。採用多點壓力平衡校驗與水平調校，設有快速換模結構，讓客戶在換產品時可快捷換模無需調節即可生產，在國內遠超同行業水平。本設備具有高頻電流自動補償跟蹤功能，可以保証產品在熱壓過程中電流均衡。德國火花保護系統，打火時模具損傷在針尖極內。上電平柔，設備穩定極高。達到國內一流技術水準。
