TJ series laboratory four_bowl planetary high energy ball mills are designed for dry, wet and vacuum grinding, also the necessary equipment for mixing, filling grinding, small sample preparation, nano material dispersion, new product development and small batch production of high and new technology materials.

TJ series laboratory four_bowl planetary high energy ball mills are commonly used in colleges and universities, research institutes and enterprise laboratory. They can fast batch study sample into colloidal fine particle ( minimum to 0.1µm ), and can be used to mix, homogenize and disperse. They are widely utilized in research and industry sectors such as geological minerals, soils, metallurgy, electronics, electricity, materials, chemical products and light industry, medicine, cosmetology, environmental protection, ceramics, glasses and nuclear research.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

There are four planetary ball mills in a same sun wheel, and grinding jar is equipped with planetary ball mill. The grinding balls in the grinding jar rotates around sun wheel to perform planetary movement when turning disc turn. Because the design of  geometry and transmission ratio, grinding balls can move along the perfect orbit.

Grinding balls won’t stop moving along the inner wall of grinding jar until a certain condition in which they can be divorced from such condition abruptly. Sample and grinding balls bounce off to the opposite direction of jar wall by grinding balls. The high energy produced by the impact progress is many time faster than ordinary ball mills. As a result, producing perfect grinding effect and very short time. This equipment can grind the product mixed with diverse particle sizes and materials by dry and wet, and the minimum particle size can achieve 0.1µm (1.0×10-4mm).
