FUNCITON PRINCIPLE
TJLM Laboratory liquid nitrogen cryo planetary ball mill adopts self-contained liquid nitrogen jar, and use the pressure of itself to inject the liquid nitrogen into the jacket layer of grinding jar. Samples in the grinding jar and ball mill are cooled by liquid nitrogen in the jacket layer of grinding jar. During the operation of the instrument, relying on the high impact energy of the grinding ball and the friction between the ball and grinding jar to crush samples, the grinding jar, the sample, and the grinding ball rotate on a rotating disk.
At the beginning of grinding, the rotating force of the grinding jar is mainly produced through the friction force produced by grinding ball friction in the jar wall to crush samples; when running at a certain time, the strong centrifugal force generated by the support plate can separate the sample on the inner wall of the grinding jar and the grinding ball, and grinding ball along the inner wall of the grinding jar impact samples with continuous high speed, reducing sample size by impact force.
Because laboratory liquid nitrogen cryo planetary ball mill adopts a unique liquid nitrogen delivery system, in the process of rotating machine, the refrigerant will absorb the heat generated by the high speed rotating ball mill, resulting in a persistent low temperature environment at ball mill that loaded with materials and balls. Circulating liquid nitrogen directly discharged into the air, each jar has a separate valve to control the flow rate of liquid nitrogen.
