切削液集中過濾系統主要用於機加工車間切削液的集中過濾和集中冷卻，過濾精度（10~90μm），我們可以從過濾方式、系統布局、供回液方式、除油滅菌、溫度控制及濾餅處理等各方面為用戶提供設計、設備製造和現場安裝調試。

    集中過濾系統的過濾機安裝方式可分為地面安裝和地下安裝，供回液方式大致有以下三種方案：一是全地溝方式，即供液管和回液系統都在地溝中；二是全架空方式，即供液管和回液管全部架空佈置；三是架空供液，地溝沖屑回液。具體採用什麼方式，去決于廠房的條件和切屑的性質，我公司會按照用戶的具體情況做相應的設計。

我公司生產的適用於集中過濾的大型過濾設備有負壓過濾機（10~90μm）平網過濾機（20~60μm），正壓過濾機（40~90μm）。

     我公司生產的集中過濾系統主要由全自動輸送機、全自動精過濾機、變頻恆壓供水系統、全自動濾紙檢測機構、全自動卷紙機構、全自動切削液比例加液自動補水系統、全自動除油系統、沖水式U型鋼地溝回液系統或提升全架空空中回液系統、中介轉移槽及防腐循環系統、模擬運行顯示屏或觸摸屏及電器控制系統構成，可以長期保持冷卻液和清洗液的有效性能和車間衛生提供有效解決方案，節省費用，保護環境

Cutting fluid filtration system is mainly used for machining of cutting fluid and concentrate filtration and cooling, filtration precision (10 to 90 microns), we can back from filtering method, system layout, for fluid way, oil removal, sterilization, temperature control and filter cake processing and so on various aspects to provide design, equipment manufacture and site installation and deb ing.

Concentrate filtering system of filter installation can be divided into above ground installation and underground installation, for the way back to the fluid to roughly the following three options: one is whole cooking way, namely for fluid pipe and the liquid in the system are all in the gutter, 2 it is wholly overhead way, namely for hydraulic pipe and the liquid all overhead layout; 3 it is overhead for liquid, gutter stampings back into the liquid. Specific use what way to in the conditions of the factory and the nature of the chip, my company will do the corresponding design according to user's and the circumstances.

My company production applicable to large centralized filter filtration equipment with negative pressure filter (10 to 90 microns) flat screen filter (20 ~ 60 microns), positive pressure filter (40 ~ 90 microns).
