 工作原理:

將供試品注入微生物限度培養器內,通過檢驗儀自帶內置真空泵負壓抽濾,將供試品中微生物截留在濾膜上,用取膜器取出濾膜,轉移至配置好的固體培養基上,菌面朝上,平貼.蓋上蓋子形成封閉的培養盒,置相應的恆溫培養處內培養並計數.
